Semiquincentennial
Philadelphia identity
The semiquincentennial marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a joyous occasion to be celebrated in 2026. By integrating collaged vintage photographs with abstract shapes, this school project creates a visual narrative that bridges the past and present, reflecting the city's ongoing evolution and its pivotal role in American history.

The rosenbach museum
This school project is a re-branding of the Rosenbach Museum. Since the museum holds many old printed books and iconic drawings, the logo not only reflects the wood type block that would be used in old print machines but also rare drawings kept in the museum. The font used for the logo and assets was designed with the intent to show that there are many different typefaces displayed in the museum and dutifully reflects the variety of exhibitions offered in the museum.

The museum
of jurassic
technology
Located in Los Angeles, California, this museum is an educational institution founded by David and Diana Wilson in 1988. It is dedicated to advancing knowledge of the Lower Jurassic period. The New York Times once described it as a “museum of museums where the persistent question is: what kind of place is this?” Inspired by that quote, I aimed to capture the museum’s curious and various exhibitions in my school project logo by designing an abstract face sporting a monocle.
